BIO

Alejandro Vazquez is a Mexican American Hip Hop producer from Milwaukee, Wisconsin who is better known as Lex With the Records. He began producing in high school and drew inspiration from Wu-Tang Clan, 3 6 Mafia, Gangstarr and Mobb Deep. Lex spent his early career winning beat battles across the Midwest as well as being asked to participate in Red Bull Big Tune and iStandard. His ear for sampling gained the attention of Statik Selektah and led to digging in the crates for other producers. Following the advice of his peers, Lex moved to Brooklyn, New York, in 2016, where he founded No Mames Studio. Lex is currently living in Los Angeles, California and working with Next Records to produce Passport Rav’s latest album “Travel Ban” scheduled for early 2021 release.
